this is a renovation of pier palace in windenburg! it sits on a 30x20 lot, costs 142,670 simoleons, and only uses get together! it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, hope you enjoy! (i’ve never posted one of my builds to tumblr before, so give me some feedback!)
